Streamline your Client Onboarding with the Finaeo Client Portal
The insurance industry has struggled with centralized information across carrier websites, email, and file folders for years. Not anymore! Financial advisors can provide a branded onboarding experience and access to a secure way to store and share client information through Finaeo’s Client Portal.
Finaeo Client Portal includes a number of features – custom branding, notes, documents sharing, and custom FNAs.
You no longer need to manually upload your branding information for every report or FNA created. Now do a one-time update to your profile with your branding details to generate branded FNAs and Product Comparison Reports for your clients every time. Custom branding will also automatically appear in your Client Portal and Advisors/Brokers Landing Pages, launching soon.
Document & Notes Sharing
Advisors and brokers can manage and share documents. In addition to the client Portal being an end-to-end encrypted portal, all data is hosted in Canada and the US, which eliminates the need for advisors to deal with email attachments, while clients no longer have to doubt the safety of their personal information. All documents that a client uploads are automatically shared with you directly in your Finaeo contact manager.
Included in the Finaeo Advisor toolkit is access to a simple Notes manager. This tool allows advisors to keep all of their notes in one location as well as share notes with clients via their portal. To make compliance easier, all notes are locked from edits after 14 days.
With Finaeo’s Financial Needs Assessment, advisors can choose between using a standard FNA template or building their own custom FNAs to save as templates for future use. In addition, to reduce document sharing, advisors will also be able to send clients a request to complete their FNAs through the portal as well as track their client’s progress.
How to get started
You will need to invite your client to your portal before they can have access to it. Simply navigate to your client’s contact card and click “send invite”.
Follow these steps to invite a client to access your Client Portal:
- Log in on your Advisor Account
- Access your Contacts from the main Navigation
- Select the contact you would like to give access
- Click “Send Invite”
Alternatively, you can invite a client to the Client Portal by sending them an FNA to complete.
